In support of our belief that Apprentices are the lifeblood of the company we are thrilled to be taking on Jessica Jones and Charlie Dodd as our 2 new Apprentices for this year. The will both be working in the factory and learning the full range of Engineering skills as well as attending college one day a week. It will be a long journey but we are confident they will become fully skilled CNC Machine programmers in both Turning and Milling and they will join the ranks of literally hundreds of like minded young people who have trained at T&O over the years and become excellent engineers – we wish them all the best for the future.
